Apel Hari Ulang Tahun KORPRI Ke-41

Para Kepala OPD/Kabag/Camat dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Kabupaten Cirebon pada Kamis pagi (29/11/2012) mengikuti Apel Hari KORPRI ke-41 Tahun 2012 di Halaman Kantor Bupati Cirebon Cirebon  dengan tema “ Pemantapan Jiwa Korps Pegawai Republik Indonesia Guna Mempercepat Reformasi birokrasi”.

Sebagai Pembina Upacara Sekretaris Daerah H. Dudung Mulayana dalam amanat Presiden RI menyampaikan bahwa “ Atas nama Pemerintah dan Rakyat Indonesia, saya  ucapkan  selamat  memperingati  hari  jadi yang ke-41 kepada Keluarga Besar KORPRI, baik yang  bertugas  di tanah  air  maupun  di mancanegara.  Semoga  momentum  peringatan hari  jadi  KORPRI  tahun ini  dapat meningkatkan kinerja,  pengabdian,  dan darma bakti,  segenap anggota  KORPRI  kepada  rakyat,  bangsa  dan negara tercinta. Saya  juga menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih dan penghargaan kepada  segenap  anggota  KORPRI  dimanapun bertugas  dan  berada.  Saudara-saudara  telah menunjukkan  dedikasi  yang  tinggi  dalam mengemban tugas abdi  negara, abdi  rakyat dan abdi pemerintah.

“Pemantapan Jiwa Korps Pegawai  Republik Indonesia  Guna  Mempercepat  Reformasi Birokrasi”.   Yang  menjadi  tema  besar  pada peringatan Hari  Ulang Tahun KORPRI  tahun ini, saya nilai tepat dan relevan. Tepat,  karena  pemantapan  jiwa  korps segenap insan Pegawai Republik Indonesia dapat meningkatkan  kesadaran  dan  tanggung  jawab dalam  pelaksanaan  tugas  kedinasan.  Relevan,  karena  saat  ini  kita  sedang  menata birokrasi  menuju tatanan birokrasi  yang bersih,efisien,  efektif,  dan  produktif.  Birokrasi  yang semakin  transparan  dan  akuntable  dalam memberikan pelayanan yang murah,  cepat  dan baik kepada masyarakat.

Sejalan  dengan tema  itu,  maka KORPRI  harus mampu meningkatkan kualitas  manajemen  pemerintah  melalui pemantapan  kelembagaan,  ketatalaksanaan, hingga  peningkatan  kompetensi  sumber  daya manusia PNS.

Selaku penasehat  nasional  KORPRI,  saya  ingin menyampaikan  beberapa  pesan  dan  harapan kepada  segenap  anggota  KORPRI  dimanapun saudara bertugas dan berada.

Pertama,  tingkatkan kinerja Saudara sebagai abdi  negara  dan  abdi  masyarakat  dalam menjalankan kebijakan pemerintah, baik di tingkat pusat maupun di daerah. Pastikan rakyat benar-benar dapat  merasakan  manfaat  dari  berbagai kebijakan pembangunan  yang digulirkan pemerintah.

Kedua,  perkokoh netralitas  anggota KORPRI  ditengah dinamika  politik, utamanya Pilkada di berbagai daerah. Tampilkan KORPRI  sebagai  organisasi  kedinasan  yang netral dan profesional. Hindarkan praktik-praktik politik  praktis.  Pelihara  dedikasi,  integrasi  dan loyalitas yang tinggi.  Pastikan loyalitas KORPRI hanya tegak lurus kepada bangsa dan Negara.

Ketiga,  tuntaskan  reformasi  birokrasi  untuk memantapkan postur pemerintahan yang bersih dan berwibawa.  Tingkatkan profesionalisme dan kompetensi.  Ciptakan  birokrasi  yang  mampu memberikan pelayanan publik yang profesional.

Keempat,  di  tengah  momentum percepatan  pembangunan  saat  ini,  laksanakan tugas  dan  pengabdian  Saudara  dengan  penuh tanggung jawab. Saat ini, harapan rakyat kepada pemerintah  sangat  tinggi.  Jangan  kecewakan rakyat.  Bekerjalah segiat mungkin.  Berikhtiarlah dengan  penuh  disiplin.  Kedepankan  rasa tanggung  jawab  dan  semangat  untuk  berbuat yang  baik.  Jadikan  pelaksanaan  tugas pengabdian Saudara sebagai bagian dari ibadah kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa.

Kelima,  berikan keteladanan  di tengah-tengah kehidupan masyarakat,  dengan  menciptakan  kehidupan yang  damai,  toleran  dan  harmonis.  Jadilah perekat bagi soliditas dan solidaritas dikalangan masyarakat.

Selesai Upacara dilanjutkan dengan acara sosial yaitu donor darah.
