Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat di tahun 2013 ini kembali mengadakan Lomba Anugerah Inovasi dan Lomba Anugerah Prakarsa Jawa Barat 2013, yang berhadiah total Ratusan Juta Rupiah. Tema yang diambil adalah “Lingkungan dan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat”. Bidang kategori penghargaan terdapat sebanyak enam (6) yaitu : 1. Pendidikan, 2. Kesehatan, 3. Pangan, 4. Energi, 5. Seni, Budaya dan Pariwisata, 6. Infrastruktur dan Lingkungan Hidup.
Karena itu, bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Cirebon dapat mengikuti lomba tersebut dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :
I. Lomba Anugerah Inovasi Jawa Barat 2013
A.Persyaratan Peserta
– Peserta mempunyai karya inovatif, baik berupa barang maupun gagasan disertai dengan bukti pemanfaatannya, atau telah melakukan upaya luar biasa yang bermanfaat dan berkontribusi nyata dalam memecahkan permasalahan di Jawa Barat atau mempercepat pencapaian target pembangunan di Jawa Barat, dalam salah satu diantara enam bidang penghargaan
– Peserta adalah WNI (dibuktikan dengan KTP atau dokumen legal lainnya)
– Belum pernah menerima penghargaan/ kejuaraan yang sama
– Hasil karya orisinil dan tidak plagiat
B. Jadwal Kegiatan
1 Maret – 20 Mei : Sosialisasi program/kegiatan (off line dan online)
20 Mei : Batas akhir penerimaan formulir dan kelengkapan dari peserta (untuk Penilaian Tahap I)
21 Mei – 11 Juni : Penilaian Tahap I dan penentuan peserta yang lolos tahap II
12 Juni – 14 Juni : Pemberitahuan kepada peserta yang lolos tahap II
17 Juni – 28 Juni : Penilaian Tahap II dan penentuan calon penerima penghargaan pemaparan peserta dan wawancara
1 Juli – 19 Juli : Verifikasi ke lapangan*
22 Juli – 29 Juli : Seleksi Akhir dan penentuan penerima penghargaan
19 Agustus* : Pengumuman penerima penghargaan pada peringatan Hari Jadi Provinsi Jawa Barat

II. Lomba Anugerah Prakarsa Jawa Barat 2013
A. Persyaratan Peserta
– Peserta mempunyai hasil karya prakarsa luar biasa, gagasan-gagasan cemerlang, baik yang bisa diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun konsep-konsep baru dalam bentuk pemikiran-pemikiran yang belum dapat diwujudkan atau dengan kata lain masih dalam bentuk gagasan/prakarsa. Gagasan-gagasan tersebut termasuk dalam enam bidang penghargaan.
– Peserta adalah WNI (dibuktikan dengan KTP atau dokumen legal lainnya)
– Belum pernah menerima penghargaan/ kejuaraan yang sama
– Hasil karya orisinil dan tidak plagiat
