Tasyakur digelar dengan maksud mengikat silaturahmi antara Bupati Cirebon, pejabat di lingkungan Pemda Kabupaten Cirebon, PNS Kabupaten Cirebon, ulama dan tokoh masyarakat Kabupaten Cirebon untuk peningkatan ukuwah islamiyah.
Bupati Cirebon Drs. H. Sunjaya Purwadi Sastra MM. M.Si pada kesempatan tersebut mengatakan silaturahmi antara sesama muslim merupakan salah satu yang harus kita jalankan sesuai dengan sunahtullah Nabi Muhammad SAW, selain itu untuk melaksanakan pembangunan di Kabupatern Cirebon kita perlu adanya keterkaitan antara sesama Dinas dan Bupati sehingga pelaksanaan pembangunan yang ada dan akan dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Cirebon dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik.
Amanat yang dibebankan masyarakat Kabupaten Cirebon ke pundak saya amat besar namun dengan bermodalkan satu misi dan satu kesatuan antara Bupati, pejabat di lingkungan Pemda, pegawai, ulama dan masyarakat tentunya beban tersebut akan dapat kita kerjakan dengan mudah. Dalam hal ini diharapkan sinergisitas antara kita tetap terjaga sehingga kita semua dapat melaksanakan tugas yang dibebankan pada kita dengan mudah.
Sedangkan tausyiah yang disampaikan oleh 3 pengasuh pondok pesantren di Kabupaten Cirebon menyampaikan diantaranya pembagunan di Kabupaten Cirebon akan terlaksana apabila kita semua dapat mengikat silaturahmi dan saling keterkaitan dari semua unsur yang terlibat dalam pembangunan dalam pewujudan pembangunan di Kabupaten Cirebon memerlukan berbagai unsur diantaranya pemimpin yang adil, doanya anak yatim dan kaum duafa, keikutsertaan para ulama dan dermawannya orang kaya.
Selain itu kita harus dapat menjabarkan falsafah kuno Cirebon ibarat tawon, walaupun kecil namun berkat kesatuan dan persatuan namun dapat mewujudkan suatu hal yang bermanfaat serta membuat sarang sebagai perlindungan hidupnya, ini merupakan suatu keharusan suatu pemimpin yang amanah tetapi kalau kita liat dari kehidupan jangkrik didalam satu lobang yang terdiri dari beberapa ekor jangkrik akan tetap bersatu, manakala jankrik itu kita keluarkan dua ekor dan kita aduh maka jangkrik tersebut akan berkelahi. Ini semua merupakan pembangunan suatu daerah dimana terdapat suatu provokator maka pembangunan tersebut akan hancur.
