Sebanyak 42 (empat puluh dua) Dokter di Kabupaten Cirebon menerima SK CPNS yang diserahkan langsung oleh Bupati Cirebon Drs. H. Sunjaya Purwadisastra, MM., M.Si, Selasa (30/12/2014) bertempat di ruang Paseban Setda Sumber.
Penyerahan tersebut juga disaksikan oleh Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah (BKPPD) Kabupaten Cirebon Drs. H. Kalinga, MM., Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Cirebon dr. Hj. R. Triyani Judawinata, serta para pejabat berwenang lainnya.
Penyerahan SK tersebut merupakan tindak lanjut dari ketentuan PP 56 tahun 2012 “Tentang Pengangkatan Tenaga Honorer Menjadi CPNS Beserta Petunjuk Teknis Pelaksanaanya” bahwa seorang dokter yang telah selesai dan atau sedang melaksanakan tugas sebagai PTT atau honorer dapat diangkat menjadi CPNS melalui formasi khusus yang tidak ada tes tertulis apapun, melainkan seleksi administrasi yang sangat ketat. Hal itu dibuktikan dari 45 (empat puluh lima) dokter yang diajukan pemberkasan ke Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN), ternyata ada 3 (tiga) dokter yang tidak lolos seleksi administrasi, sehingga yang berhak mendapatkan SK atau Nomor Induk Pegawai (NIP) sebagai CPNS sejumlah 42 (empat puluh dua) dokter yang selanjutnya akan mengikuti proses untuk menjadi PNS.
Bupati Cirebon dalam sambutannya mengatakan, sekalipun pengangkatan CPNS formasi khusus dokter diberi kemudahan tanpa melalui seleksi sebagaimana prosedur baku, akan tetapi perlu diingat bahwa sebagi PNS saudara terikat oleh aturan-aturan hukum yang berlaku. Oleh karena itu, Bupati juga memberikan pesan mendasar kepada para dokter yang menerima SK tersebut sebagai abdi negara dan abdi masyarakat, bahwa pertama; dokter wajib mengawali niat bekerja secara tulus dan ikhlas untuk mengabdi kepada masyarakat demi kejayaan bangsa dan negara, kedua; pelajari dan pahami seluruh aturan kepegawaian khususnya PP 53 Tahun 2010 tentang disiplin PNS agar kita benar-benar mengetahui kewajiban, hak dan larangan yang harus dijalankan oleh seorang PNS, serta yang ketiga; pahami Tupoksi dimanapun dokter tersebut ditugaskan, sehingga segala tujuan yang sudah digariskan oleh organisasi Pemerintah Daerah benar-benar dapat diwujudkan.
Sementara itu dalam laoprannya, Kepala BKPPD menyampaikan pengangkatan tenaga honorer dokter menjadi CPNS bermaksud untuk menambah formasi tenaga dokter umum dan dokter gigi pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Cirebon dan dokter spesialis pada kedua Rumah Sakit Umum di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Cirebon yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan memperluas jangkauan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap masyarakat Kabupaten Cirebon. Acara tersebut dilanjutkan dengan penyerahan SK CPNS formasi khusus dokter oleh Bupati Cirebon. (Bens & Fa’iz, Diskominfo)
