PELANTIKAN ANGGOTA DPRD KABUPATEN CIREBON MASA JABATAN 2014-2019

dalamSenin, (15/09/2014) 50 Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon secara resmi  dilantik dan disumpah oleh Ketua Pengadilan Negeri  Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon dalam Rapat Paripurna Istimewa DPRD Kabupaten  Cirebon Tentang Peresmian dan Pengucapan Sumpah/Janji Anggota dan Penetapan Pimpinan Sementara DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon Masa Jabatan Tahun 2014-2019 bertempat di Gedung DPRD Sumber.
Dari 50 anggota dewan yang diambil sumpahnya, 11 orang berasal dari PDI Perjuangan, 8 orang dari PKB, dan masing-masing 6 orang dari Gerindra dan Golkar. Sementara  anggota dewan yang berasal dari Partai Demokrat dan PKS masing-masing sebanyak 5 orang, 4 orang dari Nasdem, 3 orang dari Hanura, dan masing-masing 1 orang dari PPP dan PBB.
Pelantikan tersebut sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Gubernur Jawa Barat No. 171/Kep. 1239-Pem.Um/2014  tanggal 8 September 2014 tentang Peresmian Pemberhentian Keanggotan DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon Masa Jabatan 2009-2014   dan Keputusan Gubernur Jawa Barat No. 171/Kep. 1240-Pem.Um/2014 tanggal 8 September 2014 tentang Peresmian Pengangkatan Keanggotan DPRD masa bhakti  2014-2019. Hal itu disampaikan oleh ketua DPRD Kab. Cirebon H. Mustopa, SH dalam pembukaan rapat istimewa DPRD sebelum pengambilan sumpah dilaksanakan.
Selesai pelantikan H. Mustopa, SH kembali terpilih menjadi Ketua DPRD sementara. Dalam sambutannya H. Mustopa, SH menyampaikan bahwa tugas dan tanggung  jawab sebagai pimpinan DPRD cukup berat, oleh karena itu diharapkan bantuan serta kerjasama yang baik dari yang terhormat seluruh anggota DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon, OPD Kabupaten Cirebon dan seluruh tokoh dalam mengawal tugas yang menjadi tanggung jawab kita semua.
Sementara dalam sambutan Gubernur Jawa Barat yang dibacakan oleh Kepala BKPP Wilayah III Cirebon Provinsi Jawa Barat, Ir. H. Toto Ahmad Toha, M.Ag mengatakan bahwa dengan dilaksanakan sumpah/janji anggota DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon masa jabatan 2014-2019 diharapkan agar penyelenggaraan  roda pemerintahan dan pembangunan di Kabupaten Cirebon dapat terselenggara dengan baik dan  lancar.
Untuk itu kepada yang terhormat anggota DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon harus dapat menjalankan jabatan dengan amanah. Bangun kinerja pemerintahan yang fungsioner, responsif, inovatif, akseleratif, efektif, efesien, transparan dan akuntabel serta melakukan tindakan pembangunan yang Propool, Projob, Progool, sehingga dapat menyalurkan kemajuan industri daerah dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan  masyarakat.
Bupati Cirebon Drs. H. Sunjaya Purwadisastra, MM.M.Si mengatakan bahwa pemilihan umum Tahun 2014 telah menghasilkan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon dengan komposisi yang didominasi wajah baru hampir mencapai 60%, diharapkan dapat membawa semangat pembaharuan yang masih berkompeten di daerah masing-masing yang  akan dilengkapi oleh pimpinan tambahan dan pengalaman wajah lama yang masih bertahan dan akan menghasilkan perubahan-perubahan positif yang lebih signifikan dalam penyelenggaraan pemrintahan daerah di Kabupaten Cirebon.
Sehingga apa yang kita harapkan terhadap keberadaan lembaga DPRD yang akan selalu bertindak sebagai sarana masyarakat dalam menyampaikan usulan-usulan, rencana pembangunan yang mengedepankan hak-hak dan kepentingan bersama sekaligus mewujudkan jaringan pembangunan masyarakat yang bertanggung jawab dan melekat dengan kondisi aktual.
Bupati Cirebon meminta kepada yang terhormat anggota DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon pada saat melaksanakan rapat paripurna berlangsung bisa menepati waktu yang telah ditentukan. Kepada anggota dewan masa jabatan 2014-2019 Bupati juga mengucapkan selamat menjalankan tugas dan  jangan cepat berpuas diri terhadap apa yang telah dicapai saat ini, karena tantangan kedepan akan semakin berat dan kompleks dalam mengemban dan melaksanakan amanah yang telah dipercayakan kepundak kita masing-masing.
Pelantikan dihadiri oleh seluruh anggota DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon, Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Cirebon, Sekda Kab. Cirebon, Muspida, Kepala BKPP Wilayah Cirebon, Kepala Dinas/Camat se- Kab. Cirebon,  Ketua KPU /Panwaslu  Kab. Cirebon Kepala Daerah Ciayumajakuning serta para undangan dan undangan penting lainnya.
