Peserta Observasi Lapangan Diklatpim Tk.IV angkatan ke-V Pusdiklatpim Spinmas LAN RI dan Diklatpim IV angkatan ke-IV Kabupaten Purworejo, secara resmi diterima Sekda Kabupaten Cirebon atas nama Bupati Cirebon di Ruang Nyi Mas Gandasari Kabupaten Cirebon, Selasa, 18 Juni 2013.
Acara tersebut dihadiri kepala dinas/intansi terkait sebagai tutor, peserta diklatpim, pejabat widiyaswara Kabupaten Purworejo dan LAN RI serta pejabat di lingkungan Setda.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Kepala Diklat Spimnas LAN RI sebagai ketua rombongan diklat Spimnas IV, Dra. Rani Suzana, mengatakan peserta Spimnas LAN RI tingkat IV angkatan ke V berjumlah 33 orang yang akan observasi lapangan di Kabupaten Cirebon selama 4 hari dan akan melihat serta mempelajari masalah lingkungan hidup dan kesehatan masyarakat di Kabupaten Cirebon. Untuk hal tersebut, diharapkan Pemda Kabupaten Cirebon dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat guna pengisian kertas kerja.
Bupati Purworejo sebagai ketua rombongan diklat pim Tingkat IV angkatan IV pemda Purworejo Drs. H. Mahsun, M.Ag mengatakan peserta observasi lapangan dari Kabupaten Purworejo berjumlah 44 orang dan akan mengadakan observasi di Kabupaten Cirebon selama 4 hari. Alasan Kabupaten Cirebon dijadikan daerah observasi adalah karena keberhasilan Pemda Kabupaten Cirebon dalam melaksanakan pembangunan banyak yang perlu ditauladani untuk diterapkan di Kabupaten Purworejo juga dalam pemecahan permasalahan Kabupaten Cirebon sangat bagus sehingga masalah yang ada di Kabupaten Cirebon dapat diatasi dengan baik.
Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Cirebon Drs. H. Dudung Mulyana, MSi mengatakan keberhasilan Pemerintah Kabupaten Cirebon sebenarnya merupakan pewujudan rasa tanggung jawab dari semua OPD yang ada di jajaran Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Cirebon, sehingga setiap permasalahan yang ada di Pemerintah Kabupaten Cirebon dapat tertangani dengan baik. Selain itu, diharapkan kepada semua kepala dinas di lingkungan Pemda Kabupaten Cirebon dapat memberikan berbagai informasi kepada semua peserta observasi agar mereka dapat mengisi lembaran kerjanya dengan baik.
