Rapat Sinergitas Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah di Wilayah Cirebon

Rabu, 28 Agustus 3013 bertempat di Gedung Negara BKPP III Provinsi Jawa Barat berlangsung  Rapat Sinergitas Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah di wilayah Cirebon dan di buka oleh Kepala Badan Koordinasi Pemerintahan dan Pembangunan Wilayah III, Toto Mohamad Toha.

Dalam sambutannya beliau mengatakan bahwa rapat sinergitas perencanaan  pembangunan daerah  di wilayah Cirebon yang dilaksanakan merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam rangka memenuhi amanat Undang-Undang No. 72 tahun 2004 tentang Sistem Perencanaan Pembangunanan Nasional serta peraturan gubernur nomor 72 tahun 2005 tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah dilaksanakan dalam rangka menjamin tercapainya tujuan Negara  yang  digunakan sebagai arahan didalam sistem perencanaan nasional, oleh karna itu melalui forum ini diharapkan mampu menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan yakni    Adanya koordinasi pelaksanaan kegitan pembangunan yang di laksanakan oleh pemerintah kabupaten / kota, adanya intergrasi program kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan diwaktu yang akan datang, adanya sinkronisasi program / kegiatan yang dapat dilaksanakan secara bersama.

Salah satu pokok bahasan dalam rapat sinergitas pembangunan daerah kali ini adalah kita semua dapat menyepakati, menyelaraskan  dan menyatukan kegiatan pembangunan menjadi satu bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Adapun tema pembangunan jawabarat 2014 yaitu : ” Pembangunan jawa barat yang lebih fokus , efektif , efesien , melalui sinkronisasi dan sinergi berderajat tinggi berbasis multi pihak dan mitra strategis global untuk mewujudkan masyarakat jawabarat yang lebih  maju dan sejahtera ‘’ serta guna mendukung visi gubernur jawabarat 2013 – 2018 yaitu Jawa Barat maju dan sejahterah untuk semua.

 Sementara itu dalam sambutan terakhirnya berpesan kepada Kabupaten Kota bahwa sinergitas program kegiatan antara intansi terkait dan swasta, masyarakat, LSM, orsos, dalam perencanaan di daerah harus ditingkatkan.

Usai pembukaan dilanjutkan dengan pemberian materi yang disampaikan oleh bapak Drs Herdiyawan, Mpd. Pembahasan diawali dengan materi tentang sinergitas perencanaan dan dukungan Pendanaan pembangunan di wilayah III Jawa Barat tahun 2013 – 2014 yang meliputi Kota dan Kabupaten Cirebon, Kuningan, Majalengka, dan Kabupaten Indramayu. juga membahas tentang dukungan pemerintah dalam rangka pembangunan infrastuktur diwilayah Jawa Barat, serta tentang rencana kerja pemerintah tahun 2013 – 2014 dan arah kebijakan pemerintah Kota dan Kabupaten Cirebon, Kuningan, majalengka dan Kabupaten Indramayu.

 Acara ini di hadiri oleh beberapa perwakilan dari organisasi perangkat daerah sewilayah III Cirebon.
