Dalam rangka penilaian pelaksanaan program terpadu Tim Verifikasi Jawa Barat mengadakan pembinaan terhadap tim PKK Desa Balad Kecamatan Dukuh Puntang pada 12 Maret 2015 dengan tujuan untuk melihat secara dekat program P2WKSS diterapkan dimasyarakat.
Hadir pada kesempatan tersebut kepala dinas intansi terkait, ketua tim penggerak PKK Kabupaten Cirebon, Sekertaris Daerah Kabupaten Cirebon, Muspika Kecamatan Dukuh Puntang serta undanagan lainnya.
Sekertaris daerah Kabupaten Cirebon H. Dudung Mulyana pada sambutannya mengatakan pelaksanaan program P2WKSS di Desa Balad merupakan salah satu motivator bagi desa-desa yang ada di Kabupaten Cirebon mengingat program P2WKSS di desa ini telah berjalan sebagai mana mestinya, ini tentunya merupakan hasil kerja sama yang baik antara kader dengan jajarannya dan ditunjang oleh warga masyarakat yang ingin memajukan daerahnya, untuk itu kami mengharapkan kepada Tim Verifikasi Jawa Barat agar senantiasa memberikan arahan agar P2WKSS di Desa Balad ini lebih baik lagi dan dapat menjadi desa percontohan untuk desa-desa yang lain di Kabupaten Cirebon serta dapat menjadi juara di event Povinsi maupun Nasional.
Ketua Tim Verifikasi Jawa barat Dra Dian setiawati pada arahannya mengatakan Tim Verifikasi P2WKSS Jawa Barat dalam pelaksanaan tugas ke desa untuk memberikan arahan serta pembinaan yang ada di desa-desa se Jawa Barat dengan tujuan agar program P2WKSS dapat berjalan sebagai mana mestinya dan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan taraf hidup masyarakat di semua sektor. Selain itu kepada para kader bersama jajarannnya agar senantiasa dapat melihat celah-celah produktifitas asli daerah yang dapat diolah, digali serta dipromosikan keluar, sehingga akan menjadi suatu komoditi daerah yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan tarap hidup masyaraktnya.
Kegiatan ini dilanjutkan dengan pembinaan terhadap para kader P2WKSS Desa Balad dengan melakukan peninjauan lapangan.
