Bertempat di Ruang Sidang Paripurna DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon pada tanggal 28 Mei 2012 telah dilaksankan Sidang Paripurna dengan pembahasan pokok 3 Raperda dan selanjutnya dijadikan Perda Kabupaten Cirebon, adapun Raperda yang menjadi Perda adalah Perubahan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Cirebon Nomor 18 Tahun 2006 tentang Pengolahan Barang Daerah, Pengolahan Persampahan, Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Publik.
Hadir dalam Sidang Paripurna tersebut Wakil Bupati Cirebon, Muspida, Para Camat se-Kabupaten Cirebon, Kepala Dinas Intansi terkait serta anggota dewan.
Pimpinan Sidang H. Agus Effendi SH,MH. Menyampaikan bahwa Sidang Paripurna kali ini dititikberatkan pada pokok pembahasan 3 Raperda menjadi Perda. Untuk hal tersebut diharapkan Pemerintah Daerah dalam hal ini Bupati beserta jajaranya agar dapat memaksimalkan serta memfungsikan Perda tersebut demi pembangunan di Kabupaten Cirebon.
Sedangkan Wakil Bupati Cirebon, H.Ason Sukasa Sm.Hk. mengatakan bahwa dengan dituangkannya 3 Perda tersebut kini telah jelas arah dan tujuan dari pembangunan di Kabupaten Cirebon sehingga kita dalam melaksanakan tugas sehari-hari sudah memiliki payung hukumnya.
Kegiatan tersebut diakhiri dengan penandatanganan dan penyerahan 3 Perda dari pimpinan sidang kepada Wakil Bupati Cirebon.
