Diskominfo Hidupkan Media Tradisional

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Cirebon mencoba menghidupkan kembali sosialisasi kebijakan pemerintah melalui media tradisional. Keseriusan Diskominfo diwujudkan dalam pembentukan forum Komunikasi Media Tradisional (FK-Metra). Bahkan kemaren (27/4), Diskominfo Kbupaten Cirebon melakukan pembinaan terhadap anggota FK Metra.

Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Cirebon, Drs. R. Benni Sugriarsa menjelaskan, media tradisional sebanarnya masih menjadi media informasi dan sosialisasi yang ampuh, khususnya untuk masyarakat menengah kebawah. Sehingga, media tradisional sudah seharusnya digaungkan agar pesan bias tersampaikan sampai masyarakat kalangan bawah. “Media tradisional, masih merupakan saluran yang baik untuk menyampaikan pesan pada masyarakat kalangan menengah kebawah. Dan ini yang coba kita gaungkan kembali,”tuturnya.

Yang dimaksud media tradisional sendiri, kata Drs. R. Benni Sugriarsa, yang berkaitan dengan seni budaya seperti tarling, pertunjukkan sandiwara, wayang, atau jenis kesenian lainnya. Drs. R. Benni Sugriarsa menilai, sosialisasi dengan media tradisional masing sangat efektif. “Memang selama ini sudah kita coba gaungkan lagi. Kita coba mulai melakukan sosialisasi baik itu program pemerintah, pembangunan maupun kemasyarakatan. Pertama kita gelar di Mertasinga dalam bentuk sandiwara,” tuturnya.

Melalui wadah FK Metra ini, kata Drs. R. Benni Sugriarsa, seniman dan budayawan di lingkungan Kabupaten Cirebon akan menjadi mitra kerja Pemerintah Kabupaten Cirebonn dalam penyebarluasan program-program pemerintah. Diskominfopun akan berkoordinasi dengan seluruh instansi, sehingga program-program di masing-masing Dinas bias disosialisasikan lewat media tradisional. “kita akan menghadap Bupati, agar Fk Metra ini dilibatkan dalam sosialisasi. Agar program-program yang ada ini bisa menyentuh masyarakat sebagai kalangan,”tukasnya.

Sementara itu, ketua FK Metra Jawa Barat H Beni Buldansyah Lutfi mengatakan, dalam memperoleh informasi, sebagaian besar masyarakat Indonesia masih menggunakan media tradisional khususnya pertunjukkan rakyat. “maka dari itu, keberadaan media tradisional harus dioptimalkan dalam menyampaikan program-program Pemerintah. Media tradisional merupakan bagian yang melekat dalam budaya masyarakat,” ujarnya. (Radar Cirebon/28042015)
