Malaysia Investasikan 116, 98 Triliun di Kabupaten Cirebon

2 copy“Pada saat paparan Bapak Perdana Menteri, Datuk Sri Najib Tun Razak mengatakan bahwa Negara Malaysia secara totalitas akan menginvestasikan uangnya dalam bentuk rupiah yaitu sekitar kurang lebih 116, 98 Triliun. Ini adalah cukup besar uang yang akan diberikan oleh Negara Malaysia untuk investasi di Kabupaten Cirebon”  hal itu disampaikan Bupati Cirebon Drs. H. Sunjaya Purwadisastra, MM.,M.Si saat jumpa pers di Pendopo (Rumah Dinas Bupati Cirebon), Jum’at (29/05/2015) usai Kunjungan ke Malaysia.

Bupati megatakan Kunjungan Bupati Cirebon ke Malaysia atas undangan Perdana Menteri Malaysia  pada Bupati Cirebon  dari tanggal 23 s.d 27 Mei 2015.

Dalam pertemuan dengan Bupati Cirebon, selaku Perdana Menteri Malaysia sekaligus menjabat Menteri Keuangan langsung mengumpulkan jajaran Kabinet tentang support Pemerintah Kabupaten Cirebon yang mewakili Republik Indonesia. Hal ini patut kita banggakan, dimana Kabupaten Cirebon salah satu Kabupaten se – Indonesia yang bisa secara langsung diundang oleh Perdana Menteri Malaysia.

“Hal ini tentunya saya  selaku pribadi  sekaligus Bupati Cirebon merasa bangga, hal ini sangat sulit dilakukan, tapi nyatanya bisa  terjadi yaitu di Kabupaten Cirebon. Oleh karena itu saya menghimbau kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Cirebon agar memberikan dukungan kepada para investor yang masuk di Kabupaten Cirebon, salah satunya dari Malaysia.” ucapnya

Selaku Perdana Menteri, beliau langsung mengumpulkan para pengusaha yang berskala internasional, yang artinya para pengusaha ini bukan saja di Negara Malaysia tetapi juga sering melakukan  kegiatan usahanya di negara-negara lain.

Dengan Investasi yang besar, sesuai dengan keinginan saya selaku Bupati Cirebon kedepan Kabupaten Cirebon akan dijadikan Metropolitan Cirebon Raya dan mudah-mudahan impian ini bisa  diwujudkan.

Oleh karena itu yang paling utama untuk mewujudkan investasi Malaysia di Kabupaten Cirebon yakni kondusifitas masyarakat, kondusifitas keamanan wilayah.

Bupati menghimbau kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Cirebon agar  benar-benar mampu menciptakan iklim sebaik mungkin, menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif, aman dan nyaman sehingga para investor akan masuk di Kabupaten Cirebon.

Dana Investasi yang 116 Triliun tentunya akan dibagi oleh investor yang kemarin kumpul yakni perusahaan-perusahaan yang sudah Go  Internasional yang ada di Negara Malaysia dan dalam waktu yang tidak terlalu lama, minggu depan sudah mulai berkunjung diantara pengusaha-pemgusaha yang berskala internasional yakni 30 pengusaha akan mulai datang di Kabupaten Cirebon.

Perdana Menteri pun akan datang ke Kabupaten Cirebon untuk melihat secara nyata dan investasi ini bukan hal yang main-main.

Adapun investasi yang akan dikucurkan di Kabupten Cirebon yakni pertama  Program Bounded Industrial  Zone (peluang investasi di sektor industri) menetapkan koridor Mundu – Losari sebagai kawasan industri kurang lebih luas 2.000 Hektar yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh investor yang bergerak dalam bidang industri, perikanan dan lain-lain termasuk maritim didalamnya  yang investasinya kurang lebih sebesar 44, 4 Triliun.

Yang kedua program rencana dukungan poros maritim termasuk didalamnya rencana pelabuhan baru adapun informasi yang kami berikan terkait data informasi Topografi, pantai serta informasi alam sekitar lokasi calon pembangunan pelabuhan baru perkiraan investasi kurang lebih sebesar 177, 5 milyar.

Yang ketiga poros indutri perikanan yaitu program yang memprioritaskan potensi perikanan yang dipadukan dengan pengembangan industri integrities costorist system dengan memanfaatkan potensi pantai yang ada di Kabupaten Cirebon diperkirakan nilai investasi mencapai kurang lebih 52 Triliun.

Yang keempat pengembangan program tenaga listrik, hal ini berkaitan dengan rencana kawasan industri yang dikembangkan di wilayah di Kabupaten Cirebon sebagai sarana pendukung sektor industri diperkirakan nilai investasi kurang lebih sebesar 16, 15 Triliun.

Yang kelima pengembangan program perumahan Cirebon  New City yaitu peluang pertumbuhan di sektor perumahan dengan mempertimbangkan tata ruang wilayah dan daya dukung lingkungan di Kabupaten  Cirebon  perkiaraan nilai investasi kurang lebih sebesar 4, 23 Triliun, sehingga total keseluruhan kurang lebih sebesar 116, 98 Triliun.

Mudah-mudah hal ini yang direncanakan Negara Malaysia yang akan menginvestasikan di Kabupaten Cirebon bisa diwujudkan dengan waktu yang tidak terlalu lama dan bupati juga meminta kepada rekan-rekan Pers berikan support dan dukungan bagaimana menyambut baik investasi dari Malaysia walaupun belum menjadi nyata.

Hadir dalam jumpa Pers tersebut Kepala Bappeda Kabupaten Cirebon, Kabag Humas, Kadis Kominfo  Kabupaten Cirebon dan Kepala OPD lainnya.
