Berdasarkan Keputusan DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon No 2 Tahun 2014 dan keputusan Gubenur Jawa Barat No.170/Kep.275/Pem.Um/2014 tertanggal 17 Februari 2014 tentang pengangkatan H.Mustofa SH menjadi Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon pengganti antar waktu dan keputusan Gubenur Jawa Barat No.162 dan 171 /Kep.275 /Pem.um/2014 tentang pengangkatan anggota DPRD penganti antar waktu atas nama H.Masdi Abdurachman, SE dari Partai Hanura menggantikan Insaf Supriyadi SH dari partai Hanura dan Carila Rohadi SE dari Partai PDIP menggantikan H.TasiyaSumardi Al Gotas dari PDIP. Keduanya akan menduduki anggota DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon pada Komisi I sebagai pengganti antar waktu.pada tanggal 3 Maret 2014 bertempat di Ruang Rapat Paripurna DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon telah dilaksanakan peresmian dan pengambilan sumpah janji Ketua dan Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon yang dihadiri oleh Muspida, Kepala Dinas Instasi Kabupaten Cirebon, para Camat dan sejumlah undangan.
Pada kesempatan tersebut siding paripurna dipimpin oleh H. Agus Effendi,SH., MH, selain membacakan tata tertib persidangan, menjelaskan bahwa berdasarkan Surat Keputusan dari DPC Partai Hanura dan DPC Partai PDIP tentang pengganti antar waktu anggota DPRD serta surat keputusan Gubenur Jawa Barat Nomor 170/Kep.275/Pem.Um/2014, tentang pengangkatan H.Mustofa SH menjadi Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon antar waktu, serta surat dari DPC Partai Hanura dan DPC Partai PDIP tentang pergantian anggota DPRD antar waktu, maka pada hari ini akan diadakan peresmian dan sumpah janji dari ketua DPRD dan 2 anggota DPRD pengganti antar waktu .diharapkan kepada ketua dan 2 (dua) orang anggota pengganti antar waktu tersebut mempunyai persepsi yang sama dengan yang digantikannya. Ini semua demi kesinambungan pembangunan di Kabupaten Cirebon.
Sedangkan Penjabat Bupati Cirebon, H.Daud Achmad, pada kesempatan tersebut mengatakan sebagai wadah aspirasi masyarakat Kabupaten Cirebon tentunya ketua dan anggota DPRD yang terhormat mempunyai andil yang sangat besar terhadap lajunya pembangunan baik pembangunan fisik maupun non fisik, untuk itu kepada mantan ketua DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon atas nama rakyat dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Cirebon mengucapkan banyak terimakasih atas kinerjanya sebagai ketua DPRD.(Sahidin,Edys, -Diskominfo)
