Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Cirebon menggelar pelatihan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dan pengunaan Internet Sehat dan Aman (INSAN) bertempat di Sutan Raja Hotel Rabu (27/11/2014).
Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 30 sekolah di Kabupaten Cirebon selama 2 hari dengan maksud untuk memperkenalkan TIK dan penggunaan Internet Sehat dan Aman kepada para pelajar agar dapat menggunakan TIK dengan baik serta menggunakan Internet yang Sehat dan Aman.
Kegiatan tersebut dibuka langsung oleh Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Cirebon Drs. H. Hartono, MM dan dihadiri oleh jajaran Diskominfo Kabupaten Cirebon, serta pelajar SLTA.
Pada kesempatan tersebut Ketua Panitia Kabid Aptel Diskominfo Kabupaten Cirebon Drs. Yadi Wikarsa,M.Si. mengatakan pelaksanaan pelatihan TIK dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM masyarakat Kabupaten Cirebon dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi serta penggunaan internet sehat dan aman.
Adapun tujuan akhir dari pelatihan tersebut adalah unutk peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan para pelajar dalam memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi secara produktif, efektif dan efesien juga membekali serta meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan para pelajar dalam penggunaan internet sehat dan aman.
Kegiatan ini diikuti peserta dari 30 sekolah dan masing masing sekolah mengirimkan 2 orang dengan nara sumber dari Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Cirebon dan Tim Komunitas Jingga media.
Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Cirebon Drs. H. Hartono, MM pada sambutannya mengatakan Era Globalisasi Informasi telah menempatkan TIK kedalam posisi yang sangat strategis karena menghadirkan suatu dunia tanpa batas, jarak, ruang dan waktu serta dapat meningkatkan produktiitas serta effesiensi.
Pemanfaatan TIK telah memasuki hampir di semua sektor kehidupan, baik sektor pemerintah, bisnis, pendidikan, kesehatan maupun kehidupan pribadi. Namun kita menyadari pula bahwa TIK disamping memiliki banyak dampak positif, juga memeberikan peluang untuk terjadinya kejahatan baru khususnya di dunia maya ( Cyber Crime ) hal tersebut sering disebut sebagai pedang bermata dua, karena selain memberikan kontribusi positip bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan, kemajuan dan peradaban manusia juga sekaligus dapat menjadi sarana efektif perbuatan melawan hukum. My bias for smaller watches is showing. With this Defy Skyline, we again have another example of a brand experimenting with dial patterning in its own way. This time, it’s Zenith’s geometric “sunburst” pattern, which I do have some gripes about the naming, but given that I really like how it looks, I will stave off my criticism. With its slim profile of just 10.3mm working in harmony with the integrated bracelet of it all, this is a watch that just melds into the wrist and drapes beautifully.
