Dalam rangka mengoptimalkan produksifitas PNS dibidang keterampilan, profesionalisme serta kepemimpinan, BKKPD Kabupaten Cirebon melaksanakan pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan tingkat III yang bertempat di Hotel Patrajasa, dan pada tanggal 23 April 2013 secara resmi telah ditutup oleh Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Cirebon, Drs. H. Dudung Mulyana, M.sS.

diklat_beritaPada kesempatan tersebut hadir para kepala dinas di lingkungan Pemda Kabupaten Cirebon, peserta Diklatpim III, pejabat BKPPD dan beberapa undangan.

Kepala BKPPD Kabupaten Cirebon, Supardi Priyatna, SH., MH pada laporannya mengatakan Diklatpim III tahun 2013 diikuti oleh 40 peserta yang terdiri dari berbagai dinas intansi yang ada dilingkungan Pemda Kabupaten Cirebon dan setelah diadakan ujian peserta dinyatakan lulus 100% dengan katagori sebagai berikut: 24 peserta dinyatakan hasil ujiannya sangat memuaskan dan 16 peserta hasil memuaskan.

Kepala BKPPD Jawa Barat yang diwakili Kabid Diklatpim dan Fungsional, Imam Rahman mengatakan pelaksanaan Diklatpim mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kinerja para pejabat serta meningkatkan keterampilan dalam memimpin sehingga dapat menumbuhkembangkan dinasnya sehingga akan lebih baik dibanding tahun sebelumnya.

Sekda mengungkapkan dengan selesainya Diklatpim III ini tentunya di Kabupaten Cirebon akan menambah 40 para pemimpin yang telah dibekali sejak beberapa bulan lalu dan diharapkan para peserta diklatpim III ini dapat membekali diri sehingga dalamn pelaksanaan tugasnya akan lebih baik.

Kegiatan tersebut diakhiri dengan pelepasan atribut bagi para peserta.
