Sosialisasi Undang-Undang 14 Tahun 2008

dalamDalam rangka peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) serta penguasaan pelayanan informasi, pada tanggal 23 s/d 26 Juni 2014 bertempat di Tryas Hotel Cirebon telah dilaksanakan Sosialisasi Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik (KIP) dengan mengambil “tema” Peran dan Fungsi PPID dalam melaksanakan Undang-Undang KIP dan permohonan Informasi.

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pembekalan kepada pejabat  Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) agar bisa memberikan informasi kepada pemohon informasi sesuai yang diamanatkan dalam Undang-Undang  Nomor 14  Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik (KIP).

Hadir pada kesempatan tersebut  Kadis Kominfo beserta jajaranya, para perserta sosialisasi yang berjumlah 424 peserta yang terdiri dari 4 kelompok dan merupakan pejabat PPID tingkat desa dan kelurahan.

Bapak Waryono, SE., selaku Kabid SKDI dalam laporannya mengatakan kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 424 peserta yang dibagi dalam 4 kelompok dan merupakan pejabat PPID desa dan kelurahan se-Kabupaten Cirebon. Adapun maksud dan tujuan dari pelaksanaan sosialisasi ini adalah untuk meningkatkan SDM, memberikan wawasan serta melaksanakan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik (KIP), sehingga pejabat PPID dapat lebih optimal lagi dalam menjalankan tugas, pokok dan fungsinya.

Kepala  Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Cirebon Drs. H. Hartono, MM., dalam sambutannya mengatakan pejabat PPID dijabat secara otomatis oleh sekretaris  desa, kelurahan, kecamatan dan dinas intansi se-Kabupaten Cirebon yang bertujuan untuk menjembatani informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pemohon informasi. Untuk itu maka Diskominfo Kabupaten Cirebon melalui bidang SKDI melaksanakan sosialisasi bagi pejabat PPID tingkat desa dan kelurahan. Kegiatan tersebut dilanjutkan dengan pembinaan dan menghadirkan para narasumber yaitu para Kabid Diskominfo Kabupaten Cirebon  dan Ketua Komisi Informasi Kabupaten Cirebon. (Sahidin, Edys Diskominfo).
