Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah (BKPPD) Kabupaten Cirebon beserta Stakeholder meraih sertifikat Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001 Versi 2008, Kamis (08/05/2014).
Penyerahan sertifikat ini diterima langsung oleh Bupati Cirebon Drs. H. Sunjaya Purwadi Sastra, MM. M.Si yang diserahkan Manager Central Area PT. TUV Rheinland Indonesia di Patra Jasa Hotel dalam acara Penyerahan Sertifikat Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001 : 2008 dan Rakor Kepegawaian yang diikuti oleh Kepala OPD dan Camat se-Kabupaten Cirebon.
Peraihan sertifikat Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001 Versi 2008 adalah merupakan pencapaian prestasi bahwa BKPPD Kabupaten Cirebon telah mampu melaksanakan sistem manajemen mutu berskala internasional, hal itu dikatakan Bupati Cirebon dalam sambutannya.
Selanjutnya Bupati menyampaikan bahwa penerbitan sistem manajemen mutu internasional ISO 9001 oleh International Organization For Standardization (ISO) telah banyak diterapkan di Eropa maupun Amerika Serikat, baik Swasta maupun Pemerintahan dan bahkan di beberapa Negara tetangga seperti Singapura, Malaysia dan Jepang.
Sistem Manajemen Mutu Internasional ISO 9001 versi 2008 bertujuan untuk menjamin bahwa organisasi akan memberikan produk atau layanan yang memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan. Untuk itu sangat diperlukan berbagai upaya peningkatan daya saing nasional antara lain melalui penerapan ISO menuju terciptanya tata pemerintahan yang baik (Good Governance).
Bupati menghimbau agar segenap Kepala OPD di lingkungan Kabupaten Cirebon berupaya menerapkan manajemen mutu, khususnya ISO 9001 versi 2008 dalam rangka pelaksanaan tugas di lingkungan unit kerja masing-masing, sehingga arah kebijakan yang tertuang dalam program kerja Bupati Cirebon Tahun 2014-2019 akan dapat dilaksanakan dengan jaminan mutu yang diakui secara Internasional.
Bupati juga mengajak mengelola urusan kepegawaian secara profesional dengan terus meningkatkan disiplin dan kinerja, bekerja keras, peduli terhadap lingkungan dan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Cirebon.
Dengan rapat Koordinasi ini, Bupati berharap dapat saling berinteraksi dan saling memberi informasi demi kemajuan pemerintahan yang sedang kita jalankan bersama.
Sementara Kepala BKPPD Kabupaten Cirebon H. Supadi Priyatna SH. M.Si dalam laporannya menyampaikan kegiatan ini dimaksudkan untuk meberikan informasi kepada seluruh OPD tentang sertifikasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001 versi 2008 terhadap pelayanan urusan kepegawaian yang diperoleh BKPPD dan sekaligus rapat koordinasi kepegawaian dengan seluruh OPD yang ada di Kabupaten Cirebon dengan harapan urusan kepegawaian semakin baik.
Sedangkan tujuannya yakni terwujudnya pelayanan publik yang prima; terwujudnya kebersamaan persepsi dalam pelaksanaan dalam tugas kepegawaian dan Diklat; terwujudnya alur tugas, wewenang dan tanggung jawab dari pelaksanaan tugas kepegawaian dan diklat.
Supadi menambahkan melalui forum ini juga akan menjadi media untuk menyampaikan informasi terkait dengan peraturan-peraturan kepegawaian yang baru dilaksanakan pada tahun sekarang.
Sedangkan Manager Central Area PT. TUV Rheinland Indonesia memaparkan dalam cakupan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001 adalah penyediaan pelayanan kepegawaian, mutu kenaikan gaji berkala, ijin belajar, ijin cerai dan ijin cuti tahunan atau ijin bersalin. Maka tepatlah jika BKPPD Kabupaten Cirebon menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu mengacu kepada ISO 9001:2008, karena standar ini memberikan persyaratan terhadap pengelolaan mutu dengan pendekatan yang sistematis.
