Bertempat di aula BKPPD, Selasa, 23 April 2013 BKPPD Kabupaten Cirebon menggelar Sosialisasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pegawai (Simpeg) yang dihadiri oleh seluruh perwakilan dari OPD yang berada di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Cirebon.
Acara Sosialisasi ini di buka oleh Kasubid Kesejahteraan Pegawai, Yuyun Wahyuwardana, S.IP, M.Ak, yang mengatakan bahwa dengan adanya Simpeg online ini akan lebih memudahkan pendataan pegawai yang ada di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Cirebon agar setiap Pegawai Negeri Sipil dapat mengakses data kepegawaiannya masing-masing melalui internet. Simpeg online ini baru dibuat pada tahun 2012 dan baru disampaikan pada tahun 2013, itupun baru dinas-dinas yang ada di sekitar Sumber saja, hal ini dikarenakan masalah keuangan.
Dengan adanya Simpeg online ini dapat membantu tugas seorang pegawai diantaranya kenaikan gaji berkala, impasing, ataupun data seorang pegawai yang telah memasuki masa pensiun.
