Bupati Resmikan Majalah Pembinaan Wewara Kepegawaian

4Sumber, 06 Maret 2015 berlangsung acara Launching Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah (BKPPD) award oleh Bupati Cirebon Drs. H. Sunjaya Purwadisastra, MM., M.Si., yang bertempat di Kantor BKPPD Kabupaten Cirebon. Acara tersebut dihadiri oleh Kepala BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Cirebon, Kepala OPD se-Kabupaten Cirebon, perwakilan dari Bank Jabar Banten (BJB) Cabang Sumber, dan para undangan lainnya..

Bupati Cirebon dalam sambutannya mengatakan bahwa dalam kegiatan ini merupakan pertanda dimulai suatu langkah dalam menata kinerja setiap Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) melalui penilaian manajemen kepegawaian sebagai sarana dan strategi mewujudkan manajemen kepegawaian yang santun, inovatif, akuntabel dan professional. Dengan didukung oleh pengetahuan tentang aturan yang up to date yang mendasari manajemen kepegawaian melalui informasi jurnalistik dalam sajian majalah pembinaan (wewara kepegawaian)

Penilaian manajemen kepegawaian (BKPPD award) adalah suatu strategi untuk meningkatkan manajemen kepegawaian sehingga kinerja setiap OPD dapat diukur keberhasilannya melalui instrument yang jelas. Bupati juga mengucapkan selamat berkompetisi dalam kinerja untuk meraih yang terbaik sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik pula kepada masyarakat dan terwujud masyarakat Kabupaten Cirebon yang “Amanah” (Agamis, Maju, Adil, Sinergi dan Sejahtera). Acara tersebut ditutup dengan penandatanganan cover majalah pembinaan wewara kepegawaian dan pelepasan balon secara simbolis oleh Bupati Cirebon. (Edy’s & Fa’iz, Diskominfo).
