DESA GESIK DICANANGKAN SEBAGAI KAMPUNG PRODUKTIF

dalam Bupati Cirebon Drs. H. Sunjaya Purwadisastra, MM. M.Si menandatangani Prasasti pencanangan Desa Gesik  sebagai kampung Produktif, Senin (15/12/2014). Pencanangan Kampung Produktif itu sendiri dilakukan sebagai penanggulangan pengangguran.

Bupati juga memberikan bantuan  secara simbolis berupa mesin jahit kepada masyarakat Desa Gesik usai meresmikan acara Pencangan Kampung Produktif di halaman Desa Gesik Kecamatan Tengah Tani Kabupaten Cirebon.

Kepala Desa Gesik, Agus Suara memaparkan jumlah penduduk Desa Gesik  berjumlah kurang lebih 5800 jiwa, dengan luas tanah kurang lebih 119 hektar.

 Agus mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten melalui Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan  Transmigrasi yang telah memberikan program di desa gesik diantaranya program Padat Karya, juga pelatihan-pelatihan seperti pelatihan membikin kerupuk melarat, jelly, kue gapit, rempeyek, kacang sangrai, kue legit dan yang lainnya.

Dengan adanya fasilitas yang diberikan oleh pemerintah kabupaten maupun pusat, mudah-mudahan kita dapat menggunakannya dengan baik dan dengan pemerintah yang baru masyarakat Desa Gesik mempunyai pemikiran yang baru yang kreatif dan produktif.

Kepala Desa Gesik percaya dengan masyarakatnya yang bersusah payah dan menyempatkan waktunya untuk mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan dan sampai saat ini masih berjalan. Dan mudah-mudahan masyarakat gesik menjadi masyarakat yang adil, sejahtera, berakhlakul karimah dan religius

Sementara Kepala Disnakertrans Kabupaten Cirebon Drs. H. Deni Agustin, SE dalam laporannya mengatakan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi desa baik Sumber  Daya  Manusia maupun Sumber Daya Alam, sehingga mampu menumbuhkan etos dan semangat kewirausahaan untuk menciptakan kesempatan kerja.

Sedangkan Bupati Cirebon dalam sambutannya menyampaikan dengan adanya Program Kampung Produktif  diharapkan akan lebih cepat meningkatkan pemerataan produktifitas SDM dan mengurangi angka pengangguran terbuka khususnya di Kabupaten Cirebon.

Program Kampung Produktif merupakan program yang dirancang untuk mendorong kemajuan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa dengan menciptakan perluasan kesempatan kerja yang seluas-luasnya di pedesaan, sehingga secara kualitas dan kuantitasnya dapat terlihat manfaat dan dampaknya.

Program Kampung Produktif dapat diterapkan apabila adanya kemauan dan kemampuan dari masyarakatnya untuk memanfaatkan secara  kreatif dan inovatif seluruh potensi di wilayahnya.

Program Kampung Produktif merupakan program yang membangun desa dengan memadukan kegiatan-kegiatan lainnya seperti kegiatan teknologi tepat guna, pelatihan tenaga kerja mandiri (wirausaha), perluasan kesempatan kerja melalui padat karya infrastruktur, serta pelatihan teknis managerial tenaga kerja yang semuanya disesuaikan dengan minat, bakat dan potensi wilayahnya.

Dari program tersebut diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi semua pihak yang terkait dalam pembangunan atau pemberdayaan desa sehingga dapat bersinergi dalam meningkatkan SDM yang berkualitas, meningkatkan pembangunan SDM yang berorientasi kewirausahaan serta terciptanya kampung produktif yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan.

Pada  acara tersebut Bupati didampingi Kepala Disnakertrans dan pejabat lainnya melakukan peninjauan stand makanan hasil produksi masyarakat Desa Gesik dan meninjau ke pabrik  kerupuk melarat di sekitar Desa Gesik.

Hadir dalam acara tersbut para Kepala OPD/Camat Kabupaten Cirebon, para Kabag, Muspika, Kuwu se-Kecamatan Tengah Tani, Masyarakat dan peserta pelatihan dan undangan lainnya.
