Untuk menyampaikan program dan visi misinya ke masyarakat, pasangan Hj. Raden Sri Heviyana dan H. Rakhmat, SE (Hebat) pada Minggu, 22 September 2013 di lapang sepakbola Desa Tersana Kecamatan Pabedilan melaksanakan kampanye dengan Jurkam Ketua MUI Kabupaten Cirebon. Kegiatan kampanye tersebut diawali dengan pelaksanaan pawai kendaraan roda dua dan empat dengan mengambil start di terminal Weru melalui jalur Kecamatan Kedawung, Talun, Greged, Beber, Sedong, Susukan Lebak, Lemahabang, Karang Sembung, Karang Wareng, Pabuaran, Ciledug dan berakir dilapangan bola Tersana Kecamatan Pabedilan.
Hadir pada kesempatan tersebut simpatisan Hebat, Dedi Fans Club, ketua partai Hanura dan ketua partai PAN, serta masyarakat sekitarnya.
H. Rakhmat, SE pada orasinya mengatakan dalam program cemerlang pasangan hebat akan peduli terhadap berbagai pembangunan yang ada di Kabupaten Cirebon sehingga Kabupaten Cirebon akan lebih baik dan lebih maju lagi.
Hj. Raden Sri Hevyana Cabup bernomor 6 memaparkan visi misi dalam orasi kampanye terbukannya mewujudkan suatu kondisi dan landscape sebagai penguat era kepemimpinan sebelumnya yang disebut Cirebon Hebat, menuju Kabupten Cirebon yang cemerlang serta menyampaikan misi kepada para pendukungnya yaitu membentuk birokrasi yang efektif, persamaan gender, respontsif dan unggul sebagai penopang dari terwujudnya pemerintahan yang bersih, meningkatkan kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, memperkuat dan meningkatkan infrastruktur dan kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan memperkuat basis dan gerak maju kebudayaan yang ada di Kabupaten Cirebon Kegiatan tersebut diakhiri dengan simulasi pencoblosan dan hiburan khas dangdut pantura.
