Adapun nama-nama untuk Dewan Pangaping/Dewan Penasehat Kabupaten Cirebon Drs. H. Sunjaya Purwadisastra MM. MSi, Drs. H. Zaenal Abidin Rusyamsi, MM, Drs. H. Erus Rusmana M.Si, Drs. H. Nurul Komar S.Sos.MM, Prof.Dr. H. Djohan Wiradinata dan H. Ali Mugayat M.Si.
Sedangkan ketua dijabat H. Ali Murtadho MA.,M.Si, Wakil Ketua Abu tolka Nawawi dan KH. Bunyamin Ismail M.si. Sedangkan Sekretaris Drs. H. Sodikin Akyani S.Kom.,MM, dan Wakil Sekretaris Agus Muhaemin M.Pd.
Dibantu oleh beberapa bidang diantaranya Bidang Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah, Bidang Pendidikan Tinggi, Bidang Ekonomi, Bidang Humas, Bidang Organisasi dan Agama, Bidang hukum dan Budaya, Bidang Pemuda Wanita dan Olahraga serta Bidang penelitian dan pengembangan.
adapun tujuan dari kegiatan Paguyuban Pansundan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan tarap hidup masyarakat dan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa guna meningkatkan IPM di daerah.
Hadir pada kesempatan tersebut Ketua dan jajaran Paguyuban Pasundan Jawa Barat, Ketua beserta jajaran Paguyuban Pasundan Kabupaten Cirebon, Indramayu dan Kota Cirebon, jajaran keraton kesepuhan serta undangan lainnya.
Ketua pelaksana Drs. H. Hediyana Yusuf, MM pada laporannya mengatakan kegiatan Paguyuban Pasundan ini merupakan kegiatan organisasi non politik yang bergerak di Bidang Pendidikan dan Kemasyarakatan dalam rangka membangun manusia Indonesia yang cerdik, muslim serta bermutu sehingga akan menjadi generasi muda penerus bangsa yang dapat kita andalkan.
Sekretaris Paguyuban Pasundan Jawa Barat Prof. Ir. Edi Kadiman pada sambutannya mengatakan Paguyuban Pasundan terdiri dari berbagai etnik yang ada di Indonesia, sehingga dalam perjalannya akan membentuk wadah aspirasi masyarakat Indonesia yang berbudi luhur, cerdas dan beriman dan akan mengagantikan estapet pembangunan Bangsa dan Negara Kesatuan RI.
Pangeran Arip Natadiningrat SE sebagai Dewan Pangaping Pengurus Besar Paguyuban Pasundan pada kesempatan tersebut mengatakan sebagai putra bangsa tentunya kita harus mendukung serta merespon kepada paguyuban pasundan dimana yang mempunyai tujuan utama yakni meningkatkan serta menciptakan kader bangsa untuk beberapa tahun mendatang sehingga keutuhan NKRI tetap terjaga serta menyiapkan kader patriot bangsa.
Bupati Cirebon Drs H.Sunjaya Purwadi Sastra MM.M.Si juga sebagai pengaping Paguyuban Pasundan Kabupaten Cirebon pada kesempatan tersebut mengatakan dengan terbentuknya Paguyuban Pasundan di Kabupaten Cirebon, Indramayu dan Kota Cirebon tentunya akan menambah perbendaharaan lembaga sosial kita dalam melaksanakan dan mengembangkan pembangunan serta merupakan jembatan penyelaras bagi Kabupaten Cirebon, Indramayu dan Kota Cirebon kususnya di Bidang Pendidikan, Sosial, Budaya dan Ekonomi. Sebagai Pemerintah Daerah tentunya kita sambut kegiatan Paguyuban Pasundan demi kesinambungan pembangunan serta peningkatan kecerdasan kehidupan bangsa
