PENGAMBILAN SUMPAH WAKIL KETUA DPRD KABUPATEN CIREBON PAW MASA JABATAN 2009-2014

dalamKetua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Cirebon H. Mustopa, SH membuka  jalannya Rapat Paripurna Istimewa DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon dalam acara pengambilan sumpah/janji Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon masa Jabatan Tahun 2009-2014 Pengganti Antar Waktu (PAW), Senin (08/09/2014) berlangsung di gedung DPRD  Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon.

Sebelum pengabilan sumpah terlebih dahulu dibacakan keputusan Gubernur Jawa Barat tentang peresmian, pemberhentian dan pengangkatan wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon masa jabatan 2009-2014 yang disampaikan oleh Sekretaris DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon Dr. Iis Krisnandar, SH, CN.

Pengambilan Sumpah dipandu secara langsung oleh Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Sumber untuk meresmikan Iin Solikin, SE  sebagai Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon PAW. Selesai pengucapan sumpah dilanjutkan dengan penandatanganan berita acara  yang disaksikan oleh Bupati Cirebon, Ketua dan Wakil Ketua  DPRD, anggota DPRD serta undangan yang hadir.

Iin Solikin, SE terpilih sebagai Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon  PAW sesuai dengan Keputusan Gubernur Jawa Barat Nomor : 170/Kep.1199-Pem.Um/2014 Tanggal 28 Agustus 2014 Tentang Peresmian Pemberhentian dan Pengangkatan Antar Waktu Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon yang menetapkan  bahwa saudara Iin Solikin, SE sebagai Wakil Ketua DPRD menggantikan yang terhormat saudara H. Agus Effendi, SH. MH (Alm). Hal itu disampaikan oleh Wakil Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Cirebon  Zaenal A Waud, M.Si dalam sambutannya.

 Bupati Cirebon Drs. H. Sunjaya Purwadi Sastra, MM. M.Si menyampaikan ucapan selamat  kepada Iin Solikin, SE  yang hari ini resmi menjadi wakil Ketua DPRD. Bupati juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada yang terhormat saudara H. Agus Effendi, SH. MH (Alm) atas kerja  sama dan kontribusi yang telah diberikan selama ini pada waktu masa menjabat sebagai wakil Ketua DPRD.  Dalam pidatonya Bupati Cirebon juga menyempatkan do’a untuk almarhum yang diikuti semua yang hadir dalam rapat tersebut.

Secara khusus Bupati Cirebon berharap kepada Iin Solikin, SE dapat segera melakukan penyesuaian diri  untuk mengemban amanat rakyat agar dapat menambah spirit dalam pembangunan demokrasi sebagai kader partai politik dan anggota DPRD, tentunya mengetahui dan memahami kedudukan wakil Ketua DPR.  Begitupun tugas, fungsi, wewenang dan kewajiban agar dilaksanakan dengan penuh rasa tanggung jawab demi kepentingan rakyat.

Terkait dengan pelaksanaan tugas, fungsi, wewenang DPRD harus dipahami bahwa wakil ketua memiliki beban yang berat yang membantu pimpinan DPRD dan semoga bisa menjalankan amanat rakyat ini dengan sebaik-baiknya walaupun hanya beberapa hari mengemban tugas ini.

Dalam Rapat Paripurna Istimewa tersebut hadir unsur Muspida, para Kepala OPD, Camat dan undangan lainnya.
