Penyelengaraan yang digelar sehari ini berlangsung di hotel Bagus in Cirebon pada hari Sabtu 15-3-2014, dan diikuti oleh instansi Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Cirebon serta dari kalangan dunia pendidikan, dengan menghadirkan narasumber dari Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Pengadaan Barang dan jasa Pemerintah yakni Ibu DR Moelyati Zamzami Ak.
