Sidang Paripurna DPRD Kab. Cirebon : “Usul Pengangkatan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Cirebon Terpilih Masa Jabatan 2014-2019”

IMG_0015Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Kabupaten Cirebon H. Mustofa membuka Rapat Paripurna tentang “Usul Pengangkatan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Cirebon terpilih masa jabatan 2014 – 2019” pada Kamis siang (30/01/2014) dan dihadiri 30 anggota dari 48 anggota DPRD Kabupaten Cirebon.

H. Mustofa dalam sidangnya membacakan laporan bahwa  penetapan pasangan calon terpilih Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Cirebon pada pemilu Bupati dan wakil Bupati Tahun 2013 putaran Dua seseuai dengan pasal 109 ayat 32 UU No. 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah junto pasal 99 ayat 2 peraturan pemerintah No.6/2005 tentang Pemilihan, Pengesahan, Pengangkatan dan Pemberhentian Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala Daerah yang sesuai dengan Mahkamah Konstitusi No.6/PHPU.DES-XII/2014 tanggal 29 Januari 2014 yang memutuskan menolak seluruhnya gugatan permohonan atas nama pasangan calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati atas nama Hj. R. Sri Heviyana dan H. Rahmat, SE.

Dengan demikian pasangan calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati atas nama Saudara Drs. H. Sunjaya Purwadi Sastra, MM, M.Si diusulkan untuk ditetapkan sebagai Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Cirebon Tahun 2014-2019.

Acara selanjutnya dilaksanakan pembacaan Rancangan Naskah Keputusan DPRD Kab. Cirebon tentang “Usul Pengangkatan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Cirebon Masa Jabatan Tahun 2014-2019” oleh Sekretaris Dewan Dr.  Iis Iskandar, SH. CN.
