Upaya peningkatan profesionalisme dan peningkatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara optimal maka pada tanggal 28 Mei 2014 bertempat di Pemda Kabupaten Cirebon dilaksanakan pelantikan pejabat eselon 3 dan 4 sebanyak 387 pejabat, ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja para pejabat sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat.
Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri oleh ketua MUI, Muspida, Anggota DPRD dan Undangan serta pejabat yang terkena rotasi jabatan maupun promosi.
Bupati Cirebon pada sambutannya mengatakan kegiatan mutasi ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memberikan refresing terhadap para pejabat sehingga pejabat tidak merasa jenuh dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, selain itu dalam peningkatan kinerja para pejabat dalam pelaksanaannya dapat lebih meningkat lagi, masyarakat luas yang memerlukan pelayanan tentunya mengharap agar para pejabat dilingkungan Pemda Kabupaten Cirebon dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal sehingga kebutuhan masyarakat tentang pelayanan administrasi maupun medis dapat segera terlayani. Peningkatan sumber daya manusia khususnya para pejabat tentunya ditopang oleh berbagai sarana dan prasana, sebagai contoh dengan keahlian yang tidak sesuai dengan pekerjaannya tentunya akan menjadi hambatan dari pelayanan. Untuk itu maka dengan adanya mutasi ini diharapkan agar senantiasa diambil segi positifnya sehingga kita akan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik lagi.
