DINAS KOMINFO KABUPATEN CIREBON GELAR SOSIALISASI PEMBINAAN KIM

 dalamDinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Cirebon menggelar sosialisasi pembinaan Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) untuk Kasi Kesra dari Kecamatan dan perwakilan Tokoh Masyarakat/ Pemuda Se-kabupaten Cirebon yang dibuka secara langsung oleh Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Cirebon Drs. H. Hartono, MM, Senin (29/09/2014).
Kepala Bidang Sarana Komunikasi dan Diseminasi Informasi, Dinas Kominfo Kab. Cirebon, Waryono, SE selaku panitia penyelenggara melaporkan bahwa kegiatan ini dilaksanakan atas dasar hukum penyelenggaraan yakni Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik; Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri No. 35 Tahun 2010 tentang Pedoman Pengelolaan Pelayanan Informasi dan Dokumentasi di lingkungan Kementerian Dalam Negeri dan Pemerintahan Daerah; Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Cirebon Nomor 5 Tahun 2008 tentang Pembentukan Organisasi Dinas Daerah Kabupaten Cirebon; Peraturan Bupati Cirebon Nomor 51 Tahun 2008 tentang Rincian Tugas, Fungsi dan Tata Kerja Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten cirebon.

Waryono, SE juga mengatakan bahwa kegiatan ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan wawasan pengetahuan dan memberikan pemahaman tentang peran dan fungsi KIM, serta manfaatnya bagi pengembangan Informasi Teknologi di Kabupaten Cirebon  dan mempunyai tujuan  terbentuknya KIM di masing-masing desa se-Kabupaten Cirebon dan  tercapai suksesnya proses Diseminasi Informasi dari Pemerintah.
Sementara dalam sambutannya, Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Cirebon menyampaikan dalam rangka terwujudnya pelaksanaan Diseminasi Informasi Nasional oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Cirebon, baik melalui media elektronik, media cetak, media luar ruang dan media tradisional oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya saluran-saluran penyampai informasi, yang berbentuk lembaga non formal didalam suatu wadah atau kelompok tertentu agar informasi berjalan cepat aktual, bersifat global, serentak dan interaktif sehingga media elektronik tidak terkendala oleh periodisitas, dan saat terjadi peristiwa besar serentak beredar serta membangkitkan interaksi. inilah realitas baru informasi berkat revolusi informasi dan komunikasi, sehingga publik menjadi konsumen sekaligus produsen (news maker) informasi.
H. Hartono mengatakan melalui program kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat terbentuknya Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) di setiap desa se-Kabupaten Cirebon dalam rangka membantu turut serta berperan aktif dalam penyampaian penyelenggaraan kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Cirebon.
Adapun peran KIM ditengah-tengah masyarakat adalah sebagai upaya pembendung dan penyaring informasi bagi masyarakat, sebagai mitra Pemerintah Daerah dalam menyebarluaskan informasi masyarakat, sebagai penyalur aspirasi masyarakat dan pengontrol sosial dalam pembangunan serta pelancaran arus informasi.
Usai pembukaan, acara dilanjutkan dengan pemberian materi dari Drs. Tata Bina Udin Kepala Seksi Komunikasi Sosial Diskominfo Provinsi Jawa Barat yang memberikan pemaparan tentang peran dan fungsi Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) dalam Diseminasi Informasi. Sedangkan Nara Sumber berikutnya memberikan materi tentang Mengelola Informasi dengan Mudah yang disampaikan oleh Akhmad Rofahan Direktur Program Jingga Media dari Astanajapura Cirebon.
