Tahu gejrot yang berasal dari Kecamatan Ciledug adalah tahu matang yang berwarna coklat, disajikan dalam wadah yang terbuat dari tanah liat dan berbentuk seperti coet/cobek namun agak tipis, diberi taburan irisan bawang merah dan cabe rawit mentah dengan kuah yang dimasak dengan gula merah.

Rasa tahu gejrot yang manis pedas sangat diminati banyak kalangan, tak heran penjual tahu gejrot banyak ditemui di daerah lain di Pulau Jawa, terutama di Jakarta.
